The Colony | COA in Brewster, MA

The Colony is a self-managed condominium community in the heart of Brewster, Massachusetts.

Composed of 142 two-story condominiums with beautiful grounds, the Colony is home to both year-round Brewster residents and second-home owners. Our clubhouse features indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, sauna, weight room, racquetball court and function room. Outdoors we have tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, a small putting green and an open field all surrounded by acres of natural woodlands creating a quiet and private community.

The Colony is more than just a condominium complex, we are also a community of friendly neighbors working together as volunteer board members, gardeners, project committee members and active voices along with a professional staff to enhance and maintain our homes. Our full-time, professional on-site manager and maintenance staff handle the day to day work of overseeing contracted renovation and keeping up with work throughout the common areas of our site.
